Milk and milk derivatives are widely consumed because of their high nutritional density. Donkey products have been since ancient times. The use donkey in the human diet is gaining popularity. abundance antibacterial components protective elements sets it apart from other animals. Like milk, has low fat, lactose, casein/whey protein ratio. whey protein's anti-proliferative properties imply lung cancer treatment. Alpha-lactalbumin, a type protein, found to antiviral, anticancer, anti-stress properties. like includes amount casein smaller quantity beta-lactoglobulin than cow milk. an alternative for newborns with allergy lactose intolerance higher improves palatability, prevents allergies. Osteogenesis, arteriosclerosis therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, accelerated aging, hypocholesterolemic diets some areas where beneficial. Since contains probiotic lactobacilli strains, fermented beverages can be made moisturizes skin due its vitamin, mineral, polyunsaturated fatty acid content. chemical makeup potential therapeutic benefits warrant additional research. This led rise interest producing dairy goods derived used make cheese, ice cream, powder, even experimental useful drinks. present article summarises what we know about milk's makeup, biological functions, worth, possible health benefits.
